Meet Our Team
Danny Sullivan, broker/owner is a Cal Poly graduate with 15 years of experience in the residential and vacant land development market within San Luis Obispo County. Having lived along both the north and south coasts, as well as the city of San Luis Obispo for the past 19 years, he has an intimate understanding of weather, micro-climates, and seasonal differences within each area. As a real estate professional, he has the understanding of what it takes to manage, rehabilitate, and own property. He has a good vision for seeing the pros and cons to each site and understands zoning potential, an often overlooked aspect of real estate which adds immense value to real property. Danny has the ability to make everyone feel at ease in the high paced world of real estate.
After graduating from Cal Poly in 2007, Wes started his Real Estate career as a sales associate for a large local developer. During this time, his passion for real estate grew, and he worked towards and obtained his Real Estate Broker license. Wes Flores provides superior service to his wide spectrum of clients, from first time home buyers, to experienced investors. His great work ethic and his follow-up to any concerns are attributes that set him apart from the competition.
Lauren Stewart is a fifth generation native Californian. Several years ago, her family came to Avila Beach for a vacation and decided to make it home. It didn’t take long for her to find a niche in real estate as she shared her love for this community with everyone she met!
As an associate at Sullivan and Associates, it is Lauren’s determined purpose to serve her clients with a sincere and accomplished effort; bringing each deal to that crescendoed moment of success! After all, people are the most valuable currency there is!
Ashley was born and raised in the Central Valley where she attended Fresno City College and Fresno State University. After completing her nursing degree she relocated to the Central Coast. In 2012 when she and her husband purchased their first home she found her niche in real estate. Her outgoing personality, strong work ethic, dedication and attention to detail are what sets her out among the rest.
